Good experience.
Online service is non existent I ordered a product 6-12-20 I went into store on 14 to check what was going on the staff person was very good told me my product was in the store on a pallet there couldn’t unpack yet and I would receive an email to pick up as soon as it was. On the 16-22-20 I received an email saying sorry couldn’t supply product and a refund would by sent to my bank ac 3-5 days unbelievable will never buy online from bigw again

I regularly use Big W Photos to produce photo books of my travels. In every order I have nominated to collect the books from our local Big W. On my latest order I searched for the Menai Branch to enable the books to be delivered by Fuji Film Services to that Branch. Believe it or not the Menai Branch has been deleted from the list. I made initial enquiries and was given a weak kneed response about the photos not being able to be produced in store. Well let me say these books are never produced in store, they are produced elsewhere and delivered to the store for collection. I am now forced to travel to Miranda to collect these books. I will be looking for alternatives in the future
I had an item to pick up and Big W were not going to give it to me unless i had photo id.I explained that i don't drive but have 4 or more different forms of id just not with a photo. I even had the email with the code sent to MY phone (nobody else could get it) but they were still going to refuse. So i dug out an old photo id card from well over 20 yrs ago that didn't even look like me and they accepted this??? Sorry but there are many other stores that don't discriminate against people and i'll be shopping at those from now on.
I am just writing a review about a lovely young man at Whitfords City. Harry is a casual who was working in the photo area.He was so helpful and supportive during an obviously busy period. He will go onto do very well in his life and has the special gift of seeing people not as annoying customers... but as human beings. Very impressive. ????????????
I would like to let management at Big W know what a great employee they have at their Ballina store. Daniel who works in the camera/photo section of this store is an amazing asset to this store. He is always friendly/polite and helpful. This is amazing when many of us are hopeless at sorting our photos to print. He works incredibly hard and always manages a smile. All staff should be like Daniel.

If I could make this minus 10 stars I would. I ordered a book to be delivered to my daughter in Melbourne in early October. Money paid but still no sign of the delivery on 25th November. I have contacted BIG W online service several times and get a response that says I'll be contacted within 24-72 hours. It never happens! I could have walked from Brisbane to Melbourne, hand-delivered the book, walked back to Brisbane and done 2 weeks hotel quarantine and I'd still have time left over. Worst customer service ever! By the way, each of the emails I've received has been very respectful and apologetic but I've not had response from the same person more than once.

Very bad online shopping experience.
Happened several times, they advertised fake sales on their website, when you pay for it and they ask you for the shipping cost. And in their terms and conditions, shipping cost wont be refunded. So if they dont have sufficient products, they will just ship what they have and charge you shipping cost as well.
Big W if you dont have it, then dont put it as available online! Will never shop in such store anymore! Very bad customer service as well.
A very big thank you to Kristina in the photo section at parabanks store .She was so polite and helpful.
Will not be using big w again, order never came, emailed to be told the order didn't generate on their side, but it took $35 off my gift card and $7 out of paypal, have been emailing back and forth for over a month, with a different customer service person every time, asking for same info already given, still gotten nowhere, apparently was going to get a call, never happened, customer service needs complete over haul or retraining, I'm over it now, will shop elsewhere from now on ...
update , after couple weeks got a email saying i would get my $35 in gift cards refunded and it came through the next day
I placed an online order to only have half of it arrive.
Called the service centre to be told yeah sometimes that happens.
Not happy won't be using your service again. In store or online
